Works portfolio

On this page, you will find some examples of works we carried out: a roundup of what we were able to achieve for our customers.

We consider important to remind how personalizations are targeted to specific needs, as they are usually based on prior analysis and/or feasibility study.

As they are modulated on the needs and IT infrastructure of the specific customer, we recommend approaching the following only as a source of inspiration for possible new automations and not interpreting the automations given here as ready-to-use solutions in one's own environment.

PDM / PLM and ERP

System integration and/or customization of document, PDM/PLM, and document production systems often allow major operational benefits, both in uptime and error reduction, making the data more reliable.

Set Classification

This interesting automation case captures, transliterates and checks data in the 3D CAD environment to perform automatic classification in the PLM environment, without the user having to access the PLM tool interface itself.

PRO-PERS

Case of systems integration carried out through "mask scripts" in PLM. Allows the searching of data in external databases and auto-complete the masks themselves, keeping the controls of the involved systems intact, and increasing the speed and quality of the entered data .

CAD 3D Automations

Automations in the 3D CAD environment can take advantage of a completeness of data that comes from the very concept of solid modeling, as well as being a valuable aid in speeding up document production and making it more closely aligned with company standards.

Design Automation

Hyper-parametric models with built-in logic that allow the generation of custom geometries based on user choices while maintaining compatibility with enterprise standards.

Product Configuration

Assembly reconfiguration based on technology choices to generate product documentation for both production, but overall to support specification definition during order acquisition.

Virtual parts calculations

Automatic calculation based on the customer's business standards, of virtual parts such as paint, lubricants, balance-brazing metals, etc... , so as to have a bill of materials including undrawn parts.

CAD 2D Automations

Automations in a two-dimensional CAD environment are macro commands that allow faster graphical operations and/or management of design data. In fact, often the part of managing this information is the most tedious, with high risks of imputation and transcription errors, as well as often being easily automated.

TUP

It allows you to create the graphic part of the shell and panels of the "RoofTop" machinery while generating the compatible BOM, designed to be printed or pasted on a spreadsheet

AUP

It allows you to create control plans from the technical drawing, taking advantage of multiple techniques for reading two-dimensional annotations. The information is then used for table creation, as well as being exportable.

TPE

PLM expansion of a document system by implementing automatic printing in paper and neutral formats, unified management of the PDM coding plan for 2D CAD and PDM for 3D CAD (different), as well as BOM export to ERP, and more.
