WHAT WE DO

We develop

We are in the business of developing, maintaining and updating automations in the enterprise range, usually in the Microsoft Windows environment, with particular expertise in developing integrations between systems and AddON to CAD, PDM/PLM systems.

Our main goal is to support our customers with targeted solutions for processes automation, often through tools that enable operators to reduce error and increase the execution speed of daily tasks.

In Synergy

We are part of an organization which provides consulting services, and this means we are deeply different from product companies, whether they focus in reselling goods or developing their own software.

We interact with the customer as if we were a department of it, but without the customer having to bear the expense from the creation of its own internal department dedicated to business processes automation.

In short: we are on the customer's side.

Renovating

Our tools knowledge is not limited to the technical side of programming, but extends to the best work practice of development teams, allowing us to offer a customized approach according to the customer’s needs.

We can offer a more classical and "PM"-inspired (project management) approach, which requires a timely definition of the project at the moment of contracting. A comprehensive "Project Charter" and timely progress states are drafted, as well as closeout documentation including reporting and "Lessons Learned." We recommend this approach for large projects or for customers whose main constraint is budget.

All the way to more AGILE methodology-oriented approaches, where we work side-by-side with the customer, with a greater involvement in approving what has been done as well as in redefining objectives, and helping in the various phases and adapting to the ongoing evolutions. We suggest this operational method for projects in which the timely definition has to be carried during the process; this choice has to be accompanied by a greater flexibility in the definition of budgets.

Our approach is also innovative regarding the license of use of what we develop. Although it is not an Open Source, our licensing model allows the customer to inspect the code and usage rights are usually defined at the enterprise level, regardless of locations or users.
